ECLAS Africa & St. Paul’s University Launch RPL Programme | Transforming Christian Ministry

ECLAS Africa, in partnership with St. Paul’s University, has launched the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Programme, creating new opportunities for experienced Christian ministers and practitioners to have their knowledge, skills and experience formally recognised. The programme focuses on Christian Ministry Level 3 and Level 4, providing a pathway for individuals who have gained valuable knowledge and skills through ministry, work experience, informal learning and practical service. The launch brings together ECLAS Africa, St. Paul’s University, church leaders, educators and other stakeholders committed to strengthening Christian leadership and creating accessible pathways for professional and academic recognition. Through RPL, experience becomes a pathway to recognised learning — empowering ministers and practitioners to advance their education while building on the knowledge they have already acquired.
