The East, Central & Southern Africa Conference for Senior Church Leaders and Scientists officially gets underway at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS), Malawi.
The conference brings together senior church leaders, scientists, academics and other stakeholders to engage the theme: “The Intersection of Science, Culture, Religion and Theology in the Provision of Healthcare.”Day 1 features keynote contributions from Prof. Chosefu Chemorion, Director of ECLAS Africa; Prof. Esther Mombo, Vice Chancellor of St. Paul’s University; and Rev. Dr. Lawrence J. H. Chipao, Vice Chancellor of Malawi Assemblies of God University.
The gathering reflects ECLAS Africa’s commitment to fostering constructive dialogue between science, theology, religion and African cultural contexts, particularly in addressing critical questions surrounding healthcare.
